PELLETS

 

Pellets

We carry Cookin Pellets.  They are made in Racine, WI. All wood is local to that area. The pellet production facility is next to an apple orchard. Cookin Pellets gets the apple mash mixes it with the maple wood for the Apple Mash pellets.

Premium mix or what we like to call it, Perfect Mix is all mix of them all. We use it most and recommend do all smoking and grilling. Since most people cook all meats it's easier to use this one so you don't have to change out the pellets all the time.

 

Pellet information

  • Perfect Mix  - All meats and anything you want to smoke / grill

  • Hickory - Beef

  • Apple Mash - Poultry, Pork

  • Black Cherry - Pork, especially ribs

  • Longhorn Blend - Beef, but can be used for anything.
